About the Federation

The Federation empowers families, young people, and those who work with them. Disability access, language access, and equity are our core priorities. Our goal is to remove barriers to access and support equal opportunity for all students.

Family Engagement

The Federation promotes partnership-based family engagement strategies. Through co-design, families and professionals come together to identify issues and develop solutions. This disrupts the usual pattern of professionals treating families as passive recipients. Such radical collaboration is essential to building equitable partnerships.
